Deleting your AIPaati account permanently removes your account and everything you've created — stories you've written, recipes, remedies, rituals, milestones, diary entries, and family tree notes — across every family you belong to. Content someone else in your family created stays with them.
Your account is then scheduled for deletion 30 days later — this gives you time to change your mind. You can cancel any time before then from the same screen. After 30 days, the deletion happens automatically and cannot be undone.
Email support@aipaati.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify the request and schedule your account for deletion under the same 30-day process described above, and confirm by email once it's scheduled.
Email us to request deletionYou don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific content. Individual recipes, remedies, milestones, diary entries, and family tree entries can each be deleted on their own from inside the app — open the item and use its delete option, or go to Profile → My Content to manage everything you've created in one place.
If you'd rather not use the app, email support@aipaati.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request", describing what you'd like removed. We'll verify the request and confirm once it's done.
