NanaVerse

For grandparents, parents and adult relatives

Give your family memories a place to belong.

NanaVerse helps families keep stories, songs, recipes, photos and milestones together. Start with something you already share at home, then decide who should see or hear it.

A realistic first session

  1. Choose one memory. Ask a relative which family song or occasion they would like to preserve. Get their permission before recording or sharing.
  2. Save it with context. For a song, add its title, singer, language and words, then record and preview it. For a milestone, keep the photo or voice note with the occasion.
  3. Check the audience. Choose the people or family group the item is intended for. Use “Only me” when the item should stay personal.
  4. Come back to it. Play the saved recording, find the milestone, or add the next memory. Check that the intended relative can access it.

Different ways to keep your heritage

Songs and familiar voices

Record a family song or lullaby and play it in the app. Add lyrics and who sang it. Follow the recording guide.

Recipes and traditions

Keep the details behind a family dish or ritual. The recipe flow can organise typed, spoken or photographed input with AI; review the result against the original. See the recipe workflow.

Photos and milestones

Keep important occasions with the photos and recordings that explain them. Milestone voice-note playback is described in the current Apple release notes.

Family tree

Keep track of people and relationships alongside the memories you share. NanaVerse is not presented as a historical-record search or ancestry-verification service.

Read together, then keep your own story

The story library and your family's contributions serve different purposes. The library offers illustrated retellings with reading and narration options. Your family archive holds the memories you choose to add. Stories are not a complete language-learning curriculum, and AI-generated text or narration can make mistakes.

Languages and cultural experiences

The public site introduces Indian languages alongside English, including Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Bengali. Text and narration options depend on the story and settings. Check the choices shown in your app; not every story, voice or cultural collection has identical coverage. Apple's listing language is English, which is distinct from in-app content options.

What remains yours to decide

AI can help organise a memory; it cannot verify your family's history, guarantee a translation or decide what relatives want shared. Review names, dates, recipe quantities and cultural details with someone who knows them. Recorded songs are not pitch analysis or music lessons.

Questions families ask

Is everything automatically private?

Review the audience for each item. Some forms offer “Only me,” “A family group,” “Specific people” and “Public.” A song may initially select a family group. Choose intentionally before saving.

Is recording a song the same as cloning a voice?

No. Recording saves the performance you make. A voice model generates new narration and requires a separate consent process. The song-recording guide does not require creating a voice model.

Is NanaVerse a children's account service?

NanaVerse is operated through adult accounts. Children do not have independent sign-in credentials. Adult supervision still matters when sharing a signed-in device; this is not a promise of a restricted child mode.

Is it free?

The store downloads are free and include in-app purchases. Check your app's subscription offer for the access, term and price that apply to you.

NanaVerse is available on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web. The store downloads are free, with in-app purchases. Apple lists an optional AIPaati Membership for full family access. Check the offer in your app for current terms and feature access; a free download does not mean every feature is free.
