AIPaati — last updated July 16, 2026

AIPaati is a private family app for keeping your family's stories, recipes, remedies, rituals, milestones, and memories, in your own language and voice. This page explains what information AIPaati collects, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account basics (email or phone, display name), and whatever you choose to add to your family's private space — recipes, remedies, rituals, milestones, diary entries, family tree details, calendar events, lists, and voice recordings. Content you mark private is visible only to you; content you share with your family is visible to the family members you've invited.

How your content is processed

Some features send your content to third-party AI providers to do their job — for example, turning a photo of a recipe into a structured recipe, or turning your voice into narration. These providers process the content only to perform that task; they don't see it unless you use the feature that calls them.

If you photograph or write about a medical document in your diary, that content is sent to Anthropic to extract the relevant details (like a test result) — the same way any other diary entry is processed. It is stored only in your own private diary, never shared automatically.

Children

AIPaati does not create accounts or credentials for children. A child's presence in the app is a profile within a parent's own account — favorites, milestones, and a reading level — set up and managed by the adult account holder. Children never sign in, never message anyone, and are never surveyed. Child profile data is limited to a name and an age range.

Your choices

Prefer not to use the app to request account deletion? See our account deletion page for a web-based alternative.

Data retention

Content you create stays until you delete it or delete your account. Backups are retained for up to 30 days after a delete for disaster-recovery purposes, then removed.
