NanaVerse is a private family app for keeping your family's stories, recipes, remedies, rituals, milestones, and memories, in your own language and voice. This page explains what information NanaVerse collects, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.
Account basics (email or phone, display name, and the country your phone number belongs to), and whatever you choose to add to your family's private space — recipes, remedies, rituals, milestones, diary entries, family tree details, calendar events, lists, and voice recordings. Content you mark private is visible only to you; content you share with your family is visible to the family members you've invited. Some entry forms also offer sharing with specific people. Review the audience before saving.
Some features send your content to third-party AI providers to do their job — for example, turning a photo of a recipe into a structured recipe, or turning your voice into narration. These providers process the content only to perform that task; they don't see it unless you use the feature that calls them.

If you photograph or write about a medical document in your diary, that content is sent to Anthropic to extract the relevant details (like a test result) — the same way any other diary entry is processed. It is stored only in your own private diary, never shared automatically.
Anthropic processes your content solely to perform the requested task; per Anthropic's API terms, inputs and outputs from the Anthropic API are not used to train their models by default. ElevenLabs processes your content to perform the requested task; as of September 2026 we've disabled ElevenLabs' "Improve the models for everyone" data-training setting for our account, so content you submit going forward is not used to train their models. To keep NanaVerse running well and to decide what to improve, we record a small amount of information about how the app is used. This is collected by NanaVerse itself and stays in our own database. We don't use an advertising or third-party product-analytics service, we never sell this information, and we don't use it to track you across other apps or websites.
What we record:
What we never record this way: the contents of your family space, your stories, recipes, diary, photos or voice recordings; anything about children's profiles; your contacts; or your precise location.
Children: usage events never include the content of anything you or your family add, including anything about children. NanaVerse is operated through adult accounts; it does not currently provide a separate restricted child mode.
How long: usage events are deleted automatically after 90 days. Device, last-active and “how you heard” details are kept while your account exists and are deleted with it.
Your choice: you can turn usage measurement off at any time in Profile → App settings → “Help improve NanaVerse.” The app works the same either way.
NanaVerse does not create independent accounts or credentials for children. Adults manage the family content they add, including milestones about children. Children are not surveyed and do not have independent messaging. Adults should supervise use of a signed-in device and review the audience of any content about a child before sharing it.
Content you create stays until you delete it or delete your account. Backups are retained for up to 30 days after a delete for disaster-recovery purposes, then removed.
Usage events are kept for 90 days. Per-account AI usage records (feature, size, estimated cost — never content) are kept for up to 13 months for cost accounting and are removed if you delete your account.
